Can I cancel anytime?
Of course! Just remember to cancel your plan subscription on your customer dashboard prior to your next billing cycle.
What is a monitor?
Once your team signs up for a subscription plan, we’ll draw against your credit balance until it runs out. Only then will we start charging your subscription to your credit card.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope. Setup is completely free and done instantly after we receive the first payment. No hidden fees, either. Ever.
What counts as a subscriber?
Of course. Contact our Client Support team prior to your next billing cycle and we'll take care of your request.
What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?
You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. If you are a Corporate subscriber and want to pay yearly, we can send you a Yearly PO.
Can we get a refund?
You can try all our features, for free, for 14 days. If you are unhappy with 913 Status, it's simple to cancel your account and send us feedback.
